For example, we may provide discounts, coupons and other benefits for customers who sign up to receive our marketing emails or SMS. When you participate in a financial incentive, we collect personal information from you, such as identifiers (like your name and email address) and commercial information (like your purchase history). You can choose to opt-in to a financial incentive by following the sign-up or participation instructions provided, and you have the ability to opt-out of the financial incentive, or our subsequent use of your personal information in connection with a financial incentive, at any time by contacting us at privacy@unrivaledleague.com. In some cases, we may provide additional terms and conditions for a financial incentive, which we will present to you when you sign up. Generally, we do not assign monetary or other value to personal information, however, California law requires that we assign such value in the context of financial incentives. In such context, the value of your personal information is reasonably related to the value of the offer or discount presented to you.

California Consumer Privacy Rights.

Please see the “Additional Disclosures for Certain U.S. State Residents” section of this Privacy Policy for information about your privacy rights and how to exercise them.

Use Of Automated Decision Making and Profiling
Certain states offer the right to opt-out of automated processing or profiling of Personal Information used to make significant decisions affecting you (such as legal, employment or credit decisions). We do not engage in profiling or automated decision-making as defined under applicable state privacy laws. Specifically for Colorado residents, we do not process Personal Information for profiling in furtherance of “decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects” concerning consumers, as such term is defined under applicable Colorado law.

Nevada Residents
Nevada “consumers” have the right to instruct us not to “sell” “covered information” as those terms are defined by Chapter 603A of the Nevada Revised Statutes. Although we do not currently “sell” “covered information” of Nevada “consumers” as those terms are defined under that law, you may contact us at privacy@unrivaledleague.com and provide your name, Nevada resident address, and email address to be verified and exercise your opt-out rights in the event we do sell covered information under that law in the future. If you change your email address or other contact information, contact us in the same manner to update your contact information to help facilitate your opt-out. Changing your contact information elsewhere (e.g., informational requests, account information, etc.) will not update your Nevada opt-out information and we will only use the information provided to our opt-out program for managing opt-outs. It is your responsibility to keep your opt-out information current.
