Unrivaled Adds Two New Clubs Ahead of Second Season with "Breeze BC" and "Hive BC" Set to Debut in January

An additional 18 players will join Unrivaled this year between the two clubs and a development player pool, bringing the total number of players in Unrivaled to 54

MIAMI (September 10, 2025) – Today, Unrivaled presented by Samsung Galaxy announced league expansion ahead of its highly anticipated second season, introducing two new clubs and a dedicated development player pool. Breeze Basketball Club and Hive Basketball Club will bring 12 new players into the league, while an additional six players will join the season-long development pool, further deepening the talent and competitiveness of Unrivaled rosters.

A fourth night of games will also take place each week throughout the season to accommodate the additional two clubs, with each Unrivaled club playing two games per week. The new schedule, which is set to eliminate back-to-back games for players, will be released at a later date.

“Expanding a year earlier than planned is a testament to the strong business model we’ve built and the potential Unrivaled has for long-term success,” said Luke Cooper, Unrivaled President of Basketball. “We outperformed every goal we set for the league in year one, and with the incredible talent we have returning paired with the influx of new stars, it was a no brainer to add two more clubs this season.”

Unrivaled is committed to advancing the growth of younger stars through its newly established development pool of players. These players will practice daily, train with a dedicated performance staff, with full access to the same resources and amenities as rostered players all season long. The development pool will continue to hone their skill in Unrivaled's 3-on-3 full-court format and remain ready to step in as a relief player on clubs should an injury occur. Once their role is complete, they’ll return to the pool, staying sharp and prepared for the next call-up.
