Unrivaled and Xfinity Launch Second Free Throw Challenge of 2026 Season with $50,000 Prize

Paige Bueckers to Receive $50,000 Check at Xfinity Mobile Arena for Winning Inaugural Free Throw Challenge

PHILADELPHIA (January 30, 2026) – Unrivaled and Xfinity today announced the return of the Free Throw Challenge presented by Xfinity, offering Unrivaled athletes a second opportunity this season to compete for a $50,000 prize. The announcement comes off the heels of Paige Bueckers’ dominance from the stripe to win the inaugural challenge earlier this season.

Unrivaled and Xfinity are wiping the slate clean and resetting the competition for the remainder of the 2026 season, beginning tonight, Jan. 30, and running through the conclusion of the regular season on Feb. 27. Eligible players will compete for the highest free throw percentage across the designated competition window.

At the conclusion of the regular season on February 27, the Unrivaled player with the top free throw percentage will be officially crowned the winner and awarded $50,000, courtesy of Xfinity.

To be eligible, a player must appear in a minimum of five games during the competition period and attempt at least ten free throws. In the event of a tie in free throw percentage, the player with the highest total number of made free throws will be declared the winner. If multiple players remain tied after that determination, the prize money will be split evenly among the tied players.
