Christian joins Unrivaled for his first season after most recently serving as an assistant coach for the Seattle Storm during the 2026 season. He previously spent three seasons (2022-25) as general manager of the Maine Celtics, leading the NBA G League team to three consecutive 30-win seasons for the first time in franchise history and a conference championship in the 2023-24 season. Christian joined the Boston Celtics organization in 2021 as the first head coach in Maine Celtics history. In 2023, he served as the Maine Celtics’ director of player development while also working with Boston’s player development staff—the first person in NBA history to hold roles with both staffs simultaneously. He also served as a pro and college scout during Boston's 2024 NBA championship run. Previously, Christian was head coach of the Capital City Go-Go (2018-19) and an assistant coach for the Washington Wizards (2019-21) and Oklahoma City Blue (2014-18).
Turner enters her first season with Unrivaled after serving as an assistant coach for the Washington Mystics since 2025, helping the team earn the No. 5 seed in the 2026 WNBA playoffs as the youngest playoff team in league history. Her previous assistant coaching roles include the South Bay Lakers (2024-25), Capital City Go-Go (2022-23), WNBA’s Atlanta Dream (2022-24) and Houston Rockets (2021-22). Turner also brings 15 years of WNBA and international playing experience to Unrivaled, being selected 11th overall in the 2006 WNBA Draft by the Seattle Storm. She played for the Storm, Houston Comets (2007) and Connecticut Sun (2008). She also won back-to-back National Championships with Connecticut in 2003 and 2004.
Wade returns to Laces BC for his third season with Unrivaled, after leading the club to a 17-11 record and consecutive playoff berths through two seasons. Laces finished third in the 2026 regular-season standings at 10-4, holding opponents to a league-low 64.8 points per game. Wade served as the New York Liberty’s director of player development in 2025 before being promoted to assistant coach and director of player development for the 2026 WNBA season. He additionally served on the Washington Mystics’ 2019 WNBA Championship coaching staff.
Chatman enters her first season with Unrivaled as head coach of Lunar Owls BC. Her coaching career spans more than 20 years, including head coaching positions at LSU (2004-07), WBC Spartak (2008-10), the Chicago Sky (2011-16) and Indiana Fever (2017-19). She was head coach of the Brazilian women’s national team from 2024-26 and served as both an assistant coach and associate general manager for the Seattle Storm from 2022-25. As a player at LSU, Chatman was a three-time All-SEC selection and helped lead the program to its first SEC Tournament Title in 1991.
O’Brien returns after leading Mist BC to its first Unrivaled championship in his debut season in 2026. Under O’Brien, Mist finished the regular season at 10-4, earned its first playoff berth and led the league in total and average scoring. The club also became the first to score 90 or more points in three consecutive games and set a league single-game scoring record with 95 points against Breeze BC on Feb. 23. O’Brien previously won a WNBA Championship in 2024 and a Commissioner’s Cup title in 2023 as an assistant coach with the New York Liberty. He most recently served as an assistant coach for the Los Angeles Sparks during the 2026 WNBA season.
Hodges, the 2026 Coach of the Year, returns to lead Phantom BC after guiding the club to a league-best 11-3 record and a championship appearance in her first season. Phantom BC tied league single-game records for offensive rebounds and assists and led the league in total assists in 2026. Hodges served as associate head coach of the Connecticut Sun from (2025-26) and previously held assistant coaching roles for the New York Liberty (2022-24), Colgate University (2021-22) and Old Dominion University (2020-21).
