The Unrivaled Basketball League is committed to delivering an innovative, best-in-class sports and entertainment experience. As we prepare for the 2026 season, we are seeking enthusiastic and service-driven individuals to join our Fan Experience Team. This team will play a critical role in shaping the street-to-seat journey and ensuring every fan enjoys a seamless, memorable, and premium experience from the moment they arrive to the moment they leave.
- Street-to-Seat Engagement: Provide a warm welcome to fans; assist with directions, venue navigation, seating guidance, and general inquiries to ensure a smooth fan journey.
- Ticketing Support: Assist fans with mobile ticketing, scanning, troubleshooting entry issues, and directing them to appropriate service locations.
- Fan Experience Enhancement: Deliver exceptional service by anticipating fan needs, responding quickly to questions or concerns, and creating memorable touchpoints throughout the venue.
- VIP & Premium Experiences: Assist with the execution of VIP arrivals, premium lounge check-ins, hospitality activations, and exclusive experiences.
- Operational Support: Collaborate with game operations, security, ticketing, and venue staff to ensure a well-coordinated fan experience.
- Brand Ambassadorship: Represent the Unrivaled Basketball League with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a commitment to fan-first service.
- Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and communicate fan needs, concerns, or operational issues to supervisors for immediate action.
- Atmosphere Creation: Contribute to a positive, energetic, and inclusive environment that reflects the spirit and values of the Unrivaled Basketball League.
- Prior experience in guest services, hospitality, retail, entertainment, or sports preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to engage with fans of all ages.
- Problem-solving abilities and comfort working in a fast-paced event setting.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and move throughout the venue during events.
- Professional, friendly, and team-oriented attitude.
- Availability for evenings, weekends, and event-specific schedules during the 2026 season.
