Unrivaled in Action: July’s Standout Performers

As the offseason passed its halfway point in July, Unrivaled athletes continued to put together some of the WNBA’s biggest performances of the season. From Co-Founder Napheesa Collier’s dominant debut to Dominique Malonga’s historic WNBA All-Star dunk, follow along as Unrivaled in Action recaps key performances and standouts each month of the offseason.

July Key Performers: 

Paige Bueckers

Paige Bueckers averaged a career-best 22.5 points in July, fueling the Dallas Wings’ six-game win streak to close the month with an 8-3 record, with their three losses coming by a combined eight points. The guard shot over 50% from the floor for the month and dropped a season-high 34 points against Toronto on July 10 to power Dallas to a double-digit victory. She earned her first Player of the Week honors of the season on July 14. Bueckers also served as a captain for the first time in her career at the 2026 WNBA All-Star Game for Team Coop, chipping in 12 points and seven assists in her second consecutive All-Star appearance. 

Napheesa Collier

Co-Founder Napheesa Collier made her 2026 debut on July 22 against the Seattle Storm, lacing up for action following her recovery from ankle surgeries. She then exploded for a 24-point, 10-rebound double-double in just 22 minutes of play as the Lynx’s leading scorer. The Lynx went 3-0 with Collier back on the court to end the month. She also got the chance to flex her barista skills at the Unrivaled Coffee Club alongside teammate and Unrivaled signee Olivia Miles during All-Star weekend.

Dominique Malonga

Dominique Malonga continues to build on her sophomore campaign, averaging a near-double-double with 14.8 points and 9.8 rebounds in July. She led the Storm in rebounding for five consecutive games, including grabbing a career-best 15 rebounds against the Washington Mystics on July 12. Her rebounding average ranked first among WNBA second-year players. She became the fifth player in WNBA history and youngest ever to dunk in the All-Star Game, throwing it down for Team Coop after an assist from Angel Reese.

Olivia Miles 

Olivia Miles remained at the top of her game, averaging 20.8 points and 6.0 assists per game. She posted a career-high 33 points with eight assists against the Phoenix Mercury on July 13. The rookie tied Maya Moore for the most games with 20 points and five assists in a single season in Lynx history, reaching her ninth on July 28. She joined teammate Kayla McBride—who is set to make her Unrivaled return in 2027—as the only teammate duo to score 30 points in the same game multiple times this WNBA season. Miles was also victorious in her WNBA All-Star Game debut, starting for Team Spoon and adding 11 points and eight assists for their seven-point win. She closed July with her third consecutive Rookie of the Month honors, becoming the first rookie in Lynx history to earn the honor three times.

Jordin Canada

Jordin Canada is having one of the strongest seasons of her nine-season WNBA career, averaging career highs on both ends of the floor in assists and steals. The guard has started every game for the Atlanta Dream this season, serving as the team's floor general and delivering in clutch moments, including the game-winning layup in overtime to lift the Dream to a 93-91 victory over the Chicago Sky on July 19. She ranked first in the WNBA with 9.3 assists and second with 2.5 steals per game in July. 

Jackie Young

Jackie Young excelled as a playmaker, recording three different games with 10 or more assists, including a career-best 12 assists against the Toronto Tempo on July 20. She averaged 19.4 points in July, with a four-game stretch that saw her tally at least 20 points in every outing. Young tied her season-high of 29 points to help the Las Vegas Aces hold off the New York Liberty for a five-point win in their final game of the month. She also suited up for her fifth consecutive All-Star Game, logging five minutes of action for Team Coop.
