MIAMI (Feb. 7, 2026) — Kiki Iriafen provided a spark off the bench for Phantom BC Saturday night, posting a career-high 20 points with seven rebounds as the Phantom defeated Mist BC 83-71.

The win improves the Phantom to 7-3, moving them into sole possession of second place in the Unrivaled standings as the Mist fall to 6-4.

Phantom head coach Roneeka Hodges has praised Iriafen’s work ethic and commitment.

“It’s been a joy,” Hodges said. “She puts the work in, she’s a sponge for information. When you are that type of player, you have that type of commitment to the game, yourself, and the team—you have these types of nights.”

Iriafen’s career night did not come without a strong outing from the club’s captain, Kelsey Plum. Plum led the Phantom in with 28 points and seven assists—five of which went to Iriafen.

The Mist held a 20-17 lead after the first quarter as Breanna Stewart came out firing, scoring 10 points in the opening frame. Plum and Iriafen combined for 11 points in the second quarter to shift control to the Phantom, taking a 39-34 lead into halftime.

Stewart and Veronica Burton led the Mist on a 14-4 run to open the third quarter, cutting the deficit down to one. The Phantom answered with a 13-4 run, finishing the third with 31 points—the highest scoring third quarter in the club’s history as they took a 70-59 lead into the fourth.

The Phantom’s lead held the rest of the way as Natasha Cloud scored eight points in the final period, including her first game-winning basket of the season.

The victory extended the Phantom’s win streak to three games, the longest active streak in the league.

Mist BC was led by Breanna Stewart, who recorded a career-high 28 points and grabbed 10 rebounds.

“She was aggressive from the start,” Mist head coach Zach O’Brien said. “I thought she played a great game and a complete game.”
