MIAMI (Jan. 25, 2026) — Allisha Gray, Breanna Stewart, and Arike Ogunbowale combined for 65 points Sunday as Mist BC defeated Vinyl BC 76-71 for its second straight win as Gray notched her fourth consecutive game with 20+ points and Ogunbowale marked her second-straight game with double figures in the first half alone.

“We know she’s an elite, all-time scorer,” Mist head coach Zach O’Brien said of Ogunbowale. “When she’s giving that defense and the playmaking, you see what it does to our team — it uplifts everyone.”

After going scoreless from beyond the arc in the first half, the Vinyl opened the third quarter with four 3-pointers. Two came from Rhyne Howard, who became the third player in Unrivaled history to surpass 400 career points.

Stewart and Gray combined for 14 of the Mist’s 20 in the third. After four lead changes, a 6-2 Mist run to close the period gave them a 65-61 edge entering the fourth quarter.

Wheeler hit a 3-pointer and pullup jumper early in the fourth to give the Vinyl a 69-67 lead. The Mist answered with a 7-0 run, capped by a Stewart 3-pointer, to go ahead 74-69. Wheeler later scored again to cut the deficit to one possession, but Stewart closed out the game with a layup, handing her club their fifth win of the season.

Stewart finished with 21 points and 11 rebounds and also eclipsed 400 career points during the game. Gray led the Mist offensively with 27 points, while Ogunbowale added a season-high 18 off the bench.

Vinyl BC was led by Hamby’s 17 points. Wheeler notched a career-high 17 points off the bench, part of the Vinyl’s 34 bench points along with contributions from Rae Burrell and Brittney Griner.

“The bench production was great,” Vinyl head coach Teresa Weatherspoon said. “A lot of positive things happened for us, so we’re building and growing in the right way.”
