MIAMI (Feb. 22, 2026) — Chelsea Gray delivered a historic performance, scoring 38 points and tying the league single-game 3-pointers record with 10 as Rose BC clinched a playoff spot with a 70-66 victory over Laces BC.

The Rose improved to 6-7 with the win. The Laces lost its second straight, falling to 9-4.

Gray became the first player in Unrivaled history to surpass 600 career points and has now scored 30+ points in five games this season.

“What she does is unbelievable; she just never fails to amaze us,” Rose BC head coach Nola Henry said of Gray. “Ten threes is amazing—she just makes incredible shots, and we’re blessed to have her on our team.”

Angel Reese, in her second game with the Rose this season, added nine points, 15 rebounds, and 2 blocks. Reese anchored the club’s defense late to help secure the victory.

All three Laces’ starters finished in double figures, led by Brittney Sykes with 24 points, her sixth 20+ point game of the season. Jackie Young added 17 points and four assists, and Alyssa Thomas scored 12.

“It was obviously a playoff-like atmosphere,” Laces BC head coach Andrew Wade said. “Truthfully, it wasn’t our best start again, so something needs to be addressed there. It was a great effort to come back, but we keep putting ourselves in these holes.”

Sykes scored 10 straight points in the beginning stages of the game to give the Laces their first lead. Gray finished with 17 first-quarter points, going 5-of-6 from beyond the arc—a career high for points in an opening period.

Gray’s offensive dominance carried into the second, as she added nine points, capped by a midcourt 3-pointer at the buzzer to give the Rose a 42-39 halftime lead. Gray finished with 26 points through the opening two quarters.

The Laces opened the second half on a 5-0 run, briefly taking the lead on an and-one from Young. Maddy Seigrist scored seven points in the third, but the Rose shot 58% in the quarter to build a 59-53 advantage entering the fourth.

Gray tied the single-game record with her tenth 3-pointer early in the fourth to give the Rose a 62-55 advantage. The Laces responded with a 7-0 run to tie the game before both clubs traded baskets down the stretch. Gray sealed the win with a fadeaway jumper, matching her career high with 38 points.
