MIAMI (Jan. 24, 2026) — Laces BC extended its winning streak to four games, becoming the first club this season to reach five wins as Naz Hillmon and Maddy Siegrist put on career performances to lead the Laces to a 70-52 victory over Hive BC. Hive BC falls to 1-5 with the result.

The Laces bench accounted for over half of its offensive production.

Hillmon recorded her first career double-double, with a career-high 16 points and career-high 13 rebounds and the first game-winner of her career all in one night. Siegrist finished with a career-best 16 points and five rebounds.

“We know when [Siegrist] and [Hillmon] are in the game, we’re going to get effort,” Laces Head Coach Andrew Wade said. “Our staff has so much confidence in them, and their teammates do as well.”

The Laces took control early, building a 12-point lead after a 10-2 run in the first quarter following Siegrist’s entry. All Laces players scored in the period, as the club shot 67% from the field, carrying a 22-12 lead into the second. Hive’s Natisha Hiedeman scored a club-high six points in the quarter.

The Hive closed the gap in the second, going on a 7-2 run, pulling within one possession late in the half. Jackie Young scored six points in the period to help the Laces take a 34-31 lead into halftime.

Laces BC pulled away after the break, going on an 11-4 run led by seven points from Brittney Sykes. Hillmon added seven points and four rebounds in the period as the Laces outscored the Hive 14-4 in the paint to take a 58-44 lead into the fourth. A 6-0 Laces run to start the final quarter put the game out of reach as Hillmon capped the night with a layup.

The Laces dominated the glass, outrebounding the Hive 43-19 to finish just one rebound shy of the clubs’ single-game rebounding record.

“You can’t have a complete defensive game or team if you’re not going to rebound,” Hillmon added.

Hiedeman scored a season-high 11 points off the bench for Hive BC. Sonia Citron and Kelsey Mitchell also reached double figures, finishing with 14 and 13 points, respectively.

“I think we got a good group of people,” Hiedeman said. “Everybody’s gelling really well. We just have to carry it over to the court and stay connected.”
